Having just finished construction of a new state-of-the-art birthing center, Knox Community Hospital needed to make the community and pregnant women aware of the new center and the amenities it offered.
Our research revealed that pregnant women often have a difficult time choosing the right health care facility for their delivery. They rely on recommendations from other mothers and online comments from social proof sites like Yelp when trying to make this important decision.
To gain greater trust and provide the valuable information desired by expectant mothers; we created testimonial campaigns featuring mothers who recently delivered in the new center, touting their positive experience in the new center.
In the first four months of the campaign, we drove over 2,500 visits to the website generating over 170 “schedule a tour” visits.
